Peyton loses blood and faints. On the day of Peyton’s delivery, Peyton and Lucas are visited by a friend of theirs’. Victoria sympathizes with Brooke; they reconcile their differences and Victoria asks Brooke for one favor. Nathan is released and hears some astonishing news. Meanwhile, Dan meets up with someone from the past and repents his mistakes. Lucas, Peyton and Sawyer pack and leave Tree Hill in their refurbished Comet.
