Seventh season of One Tree Hill will be no doubt like a box full of wonders as the creators of the show are really working hard to fulfill the gap which is there coz of the absence of prominent faces of the show. And the first wonder is Robert Buckley. Buckley is a well known actor who is very popular for his role of boy-toy on the famous television series ‘Lipstick Jungle’.

Buckley will portray Clayton who is a brash young sports agent. In the forthcoming season Clayton will be Nathan Scott’s close friend, advisor, and business partner and would represent him as well.
It is also being said that earlier Brian Austin Green was approached for this role by the creators of the show. But as the deal didn’t work out, Buckley got the chance.

Rumors are also there that the creators of One Tree Hill are looking for two more new faces for the role of Haley’s sister, Quinn and a supermodel that goes to work for Brooke.

Although prominent faces like Chad Michael Murray and Hilarie Burton won’t be there on the show which is no doubt a great disappointment for the viewers. But still I think the creators of the show are smart enough to analyze the void that has been created due to the absence of these celebrities. They will try to give their level best to the show and at any cost they cannot take any chance with the popularity or ratings of the show.

For the first time, the series was premiered on September 23, 2003. Since then till date, this series has successfully aired six long seasons. The seventh season of One Tree Hill is scheduled to premier on September 14, 2009.
