The second season of the series was premiered on September 21, 2004. The second season of the series had twenty three episodes in it. The second season opens with Lucas and Keith coming to know that Dan has had a heart attack and that he is in hospital. Lucas and Keith, then decide to return to Tree Hill. Deb comes to know that Nathan has married Haley and she gets very angry. In the meantime, Peyton and Brooke try and improve their friendship with Lucas. In the next episode, Peyton, Brooke and Lucas throw a wedding reception for Nathan and Haley. Haley’s parents support her daughters’ decision. On the other hand, Dan’s heart attack helps him improve his relation with Deb and Lucas. In the next episode, though Nathan and Haley are already married, but their friends insist on throwing them a bachelor and a bacholerette party. On the other hand, Lucas finds himself in flux on whether he should visit Dan at the hospital or not.

 

                                 

In the meanwhile, Nathan gets a job, where he will work for Keith. In the next episode, Brooke has got a new neighbor and she helps her when Brooke is caught stealing. Nathan and Haley get into their first argument after marriage. In the next episode, a dare night is organized by Felix, where everyone is sacred to death.
